G-VERSITY’s training programme is geared toward promoting excellence and to enhancing career perspectives and employment opportunities for the ESRs providing a clearer specification of job requirements for gender diversity enablers. Training is delivered through
(1) IRPs addressing cutting edge, transdisciplinary aims, and providing supervised local training through research at leading, internationally competitive institutes and enterprises, and
(2) network-wide structured training in scientific and transferable skills at workshops, summer schools, and a conference.
